RULES FOR THE MOBILE GAMING TRUCK
  • No shoes, food, drinks, or sharp objects on or near the area.
  • Respect equipment at all times.
  • No hitting, damaging, or misuse of controllers/screens
  • Follow host instructions
  • Adult supervision REQUIRED at all times.
  • No flips, wrestling, or overcrowding.
SETUP REQUIREMENTS
  • Electricity within 50–100 ft
  • Flat, safe setup area
  • No setup on rocks, dirt with debris, or unsafe areas.
  • Weather Policy - No use in rain or high winds - Provider may cancel for safety reasons. 

DAMAGE AND LIABILITY
  • Client is responsible for any damage due to misuse or negligence.
  • Provider is not responsible for injuries resulting from misuse.
  • Liability Waiver Client assumes all risk related to use of inflatable equipment.
DAMAGE AND CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULE, REFUND POLICY
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance, all transactions are final (Nonrefundable deposit). 

Full Payment is due day of event, otherwise your booking will be automatically canceled.
We appreciate your 24-Hour notice it allows our team to be informed of the changes.

This Agreement is made between Blakeney Children Foundation (“Provider”) and Client. The Client agrees to supply the required information in the agreement. Services Provided, the Provider agrees to supply mascot character(s) for the event in accordance to this agreement.

Deposit: A deposit must be paid to secure your rental and the remaining balance due must be paid BEFORE or UPON arrival. No performance will begin until the balance is paid in full.

Rules & Safety: The Client understands that the equipment must be kept safe from being damaged. The Provider may stop service if the environment becomes unsafe.

Liability: The Client assumes responsibility for guest behavior. Provider is not liable for injuries caused by misuse or unsafe conditions.
