This Agreement is made between Blakeney Children Foundation (“Provider”) and Client. The Client agrees to supply the required information in the agreement. Services Provided, the Provider agrees to supply mascot character(s) for the event in accordance to this agreement.
Deposit: A deposit must be paid to secure your rental and the remaining balance due must be paid BEFORE or UPON arrival. No performance will begin until the balance is paid in full.
Rules & Safety: The Client understands that Mascots are for visual entertainment only (no rough play). Children must be supervised at all times, no pulling, hitting, or damaging costume. Mascot are requires breaks every 20–30 minutes. The Provider may stop service if the environment becomes unsafe.
Liability: The Client assumes responsibility for guest behavior. Provider is not liable for injuries caused by misuse or unsafe conditions.
