SETUP AND SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
  • Electricity outlets required within 50–100 ft.
  • Flat, safe setup area
  • Water hose connection required - Continuous water flow must be maintained.
  • Safety: No climbing up the slide. One rider at a time, no climbing or rough play.
  • Children must be supervised.
  • Weather:No use during storms, strong wind, or unsafe conditions.

DAMAGE AND LIABILITY
  • Client agrees to return slide in same condition. Cleaning or damage fees may apply.
  • Client are responsible for damages or misuse
  • Provider not liable for injuries

CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULE, REFUND POLICY

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance, all transactions are final (Nonrefundable deposit).
Full Payment is due day of event, otherwise your booking will be automatically canceled.
We appreciate your 24-Hour notice it allows our team to be informed of the changes.

This Agreement is made between Blakeney Children Foundation (“Provider”) and Client. The Client agrees to supply the required information in the agreement. Services Provided, the Provider agrees to supply mascot character(s) for the event in accordance to this agreement.

Deposit: A deposit must be paid to secure your rental and the remaining balance due must be paid BEFORE or UPON arrival. No performance will begin until the balance is paid in full.

Rules & Safety: The Client understands that the equipment must be kept safe from being damaged. The Provider may stop service if the environment becomes unsafe.

Liability: The Client assumes responsibility for guest behavior. Provider is not liable for injuries caused by misuse or unsafe conditions.
