At Blakeney Children Foundation, our mission is to support, uplift, and empower children and families facing hardship, including those impacted by loss, trauma, and special needs. We are committed to ensuring that every child has access to essential resources such as clothing, hygiene supplies, and basic necessities, while also creating safe, nurturing environments where children feel seen, heard, and valued.

We believe that true support goes beyond meeting immediate needs. Through programs like our Children’s Business Fair and other community based initiatives, we provide opportunities for children to build confidence, develop life skills, and discover their potential. At the same time, we support parents and caregivers by offering guidance, resources, and encouragement as they navigate the challenges of raising children, including those with disabilities such as autism.

As part of our commitment to innovation and emotional wellness, we are developing Hug Meter – My Mood, My Voice, guided by our character Lumira. This initiative is designed to help children express their emotions, navigate challenges such as bullying and feeling unseen, and promote safe, positive communication both offline and online.

Our mission is rooted in compassion, connection, and community. We strive to create a world where no child or family feels alone, where every voice matters, and where children are empowered with the tools, support, and confidence they need to thrive.     This is my mission.
