BOOK PUBLISHING AND READINGS
In recognition of Read Across America Month, I was invited to read my children's book, Turk's Quest for Water, to students. I had the pleasure of visiting two classrooms where I shared the story and engaged with the students during the reading. Thank you to Vineland Elementary School for the opportunity to spend time with the students and share the joy of reading."

EASTER 2026
Yesterday was an incredible success. We distributed 156 Easter baskets to children and families in our community, along with free popcorn and snow cones for everyone to enjoy. We also provided complimentary photos with Blippi and the Easter Bunny, creating special memories for the children.
Although we initially planned to charge for concessions and photos, we made the decision to offer everything at no cost to ensure that every child could fully experience the joy of the event.
Today was truly amazing. We just completed our final giveaway of baskets, distributing a total of 70 Easter baskets. This event was especially meaningful seeing the children's faces light up was absolutely priceless.
We made a promise to show up for these kids, and we kept that promise. Their joy and happiness meant everything.
At Blakeney Children Foundation, we believe no child should ever be left out regardless of their circumstances, abilities, or challenges. Every child deserves to feel seen, included, and celebrated.
